WOW!
I just went to L.A. for the weekend, and I was awed. I couldn't believe how awesome the city was!
I also visited various towns by it (Anaheim, etc) b/c I went to a Supercross event.
Me and a friend checked into a hotel, and it was awesome. Calling roomservice is great!
I didn't go to Hollywood though--I'm making that next.
When I get out of the house in 2 years, I'm soooo moving to L.A.  It's so awesome!
Words cannot describe how awesome the city was.

L.A. is quite a bit of fun to visit.  I wouldn't personally want to move there, but I'm not much of a big city person overall.  Hell of a lot to do and see though, and I'm glad you're enjoying it.

I haven't been to LA for a few years (14 I think) and it was horridly polluted then - the skies weren't blue, but rather were yellow. It was scary. I hear they've cleaned up a lot, but I don't have the cash to go atm

I'd rather vist New york or something closer to home, But I wouldn't mind going to LA because of the E3 convention Baby!

But then i'd need to steal a pass to get in somehow from an Egm editor or someone..

My friend invited me last year but I couldn't go b/c I was going on a trip.
The same guy invited me this time and I will be going, b/c his aunt works for Activision.
It's gonna be cool.

chiQ: L.A. has cleaned up. Sure, you have the south side, ghettos, etc. but other than that the city is really clean. Everyone's attitude over there is refreshing.

It's the 10th Anniversary of E3 this year I believe.  I think I'm probably going to go again this year, so maybe I'll see some of you there.

Scary city?  Try Detroit.  You know the Devil's Night fires they showed in the movie The Crow?  Well, those are based on an actual event in Detroit where the citizen's would light the buildings on fire every year on the day before Halloween.  It's cleaned up a bit in the past couple of years, but as my visit just last week has shown me, it's still far from being any place to live.

hmmm...

Hmmm...

I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't like LA.  Only reason I'm living here is because there's a lot going on.  Good place to shoot your own film.

I grew up in LA and experienced the San Andreas fault. Moved out in '99.

In speaking of the fault, it's going to have it's decade anniversary (January 17, 1994)

Does it have dragons and zombies there? Because that's what True Crime tells me!
