I've played slots for several minutes on 4 or 5 occasions, but still haven't seen that yet.  I guess I'll have to keep trying.

It takes away all of your tokens. I don't know why you'd want all of your tokens taken away.

I finally got three boom barrels!  

They actually did go "Boom!", which is what I wanted to see.  

It only cost me 100 tokens, so I was still in the game.

I tried monkeying around with the debug mode.  If I placed Guy in the middle of the slot machine then cycled F1 back to normal, Guy would scream, and a shaking "Try Again!" message would appear.  I'm assuming this is the outcome if I lose all my tokens.

Hahahaha!  That death sound is Guy falling off into space -- that's not the sound it makes when you lose all your tokens.
