$$$ Daikatana :)

After having played a cracked version of Daikatana when it first came out and disliking the fact that you needed savegems for saving, I put it aside and never thought about the game again until these forums got online...

So I started looking for an original (legal) Daikatana CD because the cracked version couldn't be patched. Finally I found one for about $20 (with original packaging), but - unlike the cracked version I had - this one did (ofcourse) not work on WinXP  

So I had to download the patch again (which I lost)...

But!

The little fuggers at SoldOut have recently released Daikatana complete with Acrobat Manual and v1.2a patch on a cd for only $5 !!!

If only the game was a bit better...

In my op. I felt that the game was damn good for gameplay wise but the story line was not that good. The best ep. for me was the Greek period. Nice to know that you did buy the game and support it after all =]
