The thing I like about Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion besides the choice of location and the cool enemies is the player sprite itself.
In a lot of platform games, they simply mirror the sprite for your left to right/right to left scrolling. So it's right handed one way, left handed the other way. Not in this game.
Just wanted to say I thought that was cool and appreciate the effort.
