Operation: BodyCount had some great features for it's time, but they were painted onto a generic plot, which made the game, not-so great. There were bullet markings on the walls, which really just replaced the entire wall tile with a new texture when hit

They also had "breakable" windows, which used a similar approach. The games in that period were all really innovative, it's just that some (like Op:body count) overdid it a little. And what were Capstone thinking with the giant rats?
None the less I kinda liked Op:Body count. It WAS innovative, and there's something to be said about the "booby trapped" healthkits, and death feigned terrorists.
Arggh sorry I can't help but leave boring commentary on everything
