Copyright Infringement was never finished. Just an experiment.

Copyright Infringement was finished. They even have send it to Nintendo and to Scott Miller (Apogee/3D Realms).

No, we didn't send Copyright Infringement to Nintendo - we created a special "Super Mario 3" demo and sent it to Nintendo. That means that there's a SM3 demo and a Copyright Infringment demo for you all to check out... someday. When I make the Dangerous Dave section! Geez, the downloads in that section will be the original Apple II Dave, PC Dave, Copyright Inf., and SM3 demo (since it's an outgrowth of CI, which had Dave in it).

Me and Scott still talk? Of course. And George Broussard. They're really great guys. And include Joe Siegler in that list too, he rocks.
I saw Duke4Ever before moving to San Diego and it looked VERY impressive.

I hate to tell you, but your piranna plant in that SMB3 demo does not inspire fear into my heart like it should.

I saw Duke4Ever before moving to San Diego and it looked VERY impressive. Speaking of the "still talk" thing - do you and John Carmack still talk any? I know that "no" is probably the correct answer to that question but curiosity just runs all over me so I HAVE to ask it!
