So 3DFX managed to get
1) The name 3DFX from nVidia
2) The Daikatana license
3) The RESIDENT EVIL license

These guys must be really powerful or something.

edit: corbin, I want the license to Earthbound, and maybe Mario. Think these guys could get it for me?

Or just shit-talking to act all holio over others and looking important, to try to cheat some respect onto themselves.

I had my doubts when they acquired the license from Eidos but I didn't bother to check it out. Now that he's claimed they had the Resident Evil license, I'm getting even more suspicious. I'll be contacting my Eidos rep tomorrow to see what they have to say about it. Even if the Eidos UK branch organized it, it would still be listed on their computers.

Wow, that Resident Evil thing is pretty old, you know that?
Yeah, old stuff, but 3dfx didn't get it, that old damn team did, and it wasn't really a license, it was like a "dont sell it and you wont get in trouble".
Yeah, look how far that went. You know, you can still download it from the main site. Try it out. People over at Doomworld were shit-asses anyways, no offense. Nothing but disrespecting people over there.
I've grown up a lot since then, and don't worry Cheapy--just get to this damn conference and I'll prove you wrong. Those of you who can't make it, please ask other Rome.ro members how it went.
Remember, no leaking allowed.

So long ago? It was two months. Stop saying you've changed, because you're still like this, hoping for a following.

A private aim chat is nothing to call a "conference". Also, "No leaking allowed"... what's there to leak? An all important design document that just says "Make Daikatana 2 and tell everyone we rule"? Suppose you'll sue us if we "leak" that.

Stop being so hostile.
The point is that very important design decisions and related material were in that room, and by leaking it would destroy the game...namely the story and stuff like that.
Everyone who attented did get sneak peaks at everything going on with both of the games; I hope you enjoyed it.
Anyways, back on topic...anyone interested in modelling, especially if you can model based off of things on paper (mulit-angled drawings), then contact me and we'll work something out.

Did you apply the patch for Macs like I suggested? Poor coding on Microsoft's part.
