I'm with Foxy. Rizimar, and dk5... why bother with a label? You are who you are, end of story. Don't try to make yourself fit into some mold.

But hey, since we're on the subject, if guys can be metro (however you really define that) then what are girls who do the same thing, but reversed?

An actual label? There isn't one.

erm, sure there is. has been for years. tomboy.

No, because the opposite of a Tomboy is a Janegirl

I wouldn't call them labels. It's mostly association to it, that's all.
I told some people today and they were like "get the hell away". It made me sad.
And girl's jeans look especially...what's the word for it? Cute on me but that's her talk, and I think they look better on me anyways.
Don't worry, there's no underwear involved.

And you wonder why people said get away?

You're teetering on drag there.

People never really cared until I told them I was Metro, otherwise, they knew it and never gave a damn...

That's because you're a step under coming out and saying you're gay and you're wearing women's clothing.

By the way, metro, at least in the way I've seen people describe it and "live" it, does not include wearing women's clothing.  Guys who are "metro" wear trendy clothes and may keep themselves clean (the latter which is something everyone should be doing), that's what the term has meant as far as I've ever seen it used.

Wearing women's clothing is not included.

As I said, you teeter on drag with that.  To most, that's just disgusting.  So, don't be surprised if you say you're wearing women's clothing and people wander away from you.

Like I said, there's a reason they make men's jeans.  Unless you're hung like a goldfish or your girlfriend wears a waist larger than yours, it would be quite uncomfortable.

So, then you teeter on drag again.

Metro isn't the right term, regardless despite how stupid a term it is anyhow.

Have you even read the beginnings of this post? It's not about wearing jeans or shit...and I didn't find that real amusing.

Yep. And I think you mean "the beginning of this thread", but whatever.

Okay, but did you mean it? If it was meant as hurtful, it didn't really hurt me, but that's not something you should joke about anyways.

No, dude. I'm just joking around. It wasn't intended to be hurtful because I didn't expect you to take it seriously :P

What you're doing is degrating. You don't want to try to label yourself. That's what you're asking, right? "Are you a metrosexual?" "No, I'm Corbin", problem solved. There's no use in being a generic human being.

:D okay, my bust
Yes, I know that, but I was just wondering if you guys had any opinions about it. They know me as Corbin but classify me by being metro. Most kids don't have a problem with it, they kind of figured that I was, but some of them are kind of like "dude, grow up".
