origin of phobos' sky?

I assume a lot of people have seen the picture used to make Phobos's sky, but where was that picture taken? Some of us were doing some speculating and considered New Zealand, Africa, South America, Japan or elsewhere in Asia but that's pretty much most of Earth. Anyone know for sure where it is?
