Is RPG Maker for PSP and is it free?

No and kind of.  We're talking about RPG Maker 2000/20003 here (just to note, because "RPG Maker" was released for PlayStation).  Technically, RPG Maker 2000/2003 are pirated (no English version other than the translation).. but at this point it seems borderline freware because no one at Agetec (the publishing company) seems to even give a shit anymore.

Basically.. RPG Maker 2000/2003 are illegal to download or share, but I'm 99% sure that anything you create with them is ok to share, in case anyone's worried about that I thought it best to clear that up.
