Hello,
I have Daikatana from one Czech magazine cover CD from 2003.
I never played it online till now. I also decided to run coop server, but I will close it when I go to sleep anyway. If you want you can try visit it sometimes. I have no experiences with Daikatana servers, I've been running some servers for Unreal before.
Also sometimes it may be laggy there, well I will see how it is running, now it seems to be stable though.

LEO...! I knew you would make it here. Nice to see you, if I see your server up I will play some co-op with you. By the way good games earlier on my server...... :twisted:

My server is now running again. By the way it is on Shogun difficulty, so sometimes it is very hard. Always when I run some server I set it up to higher difficulty.

Looks like it can't support more than 3 players. Also when you leave and have higher skill due to killing enemies you will not get it back when connecting to server after.

I also need somewhen try it at shogun diffucilty at singleplayer. I completed game only on easy and medium difficulty, not hard one.

My system freezed, so server was down for some minutes. I noticed something odd at my server before it freezed.

I had problems with server, it crashes way too often and I also got some attacks to server, there were repetitive join attempts by one player and it crashed server after while. Is there some protection against it?

Also there was sometimes problem with map ending, so players couldn't end map and get stuck. Or crashes at map ending, or once crash when fighting Wyndrax. I wish Daikatana had more patches, there are still some bugs, especially on coop.

I don't know if that player wanted to crash server, but it looked like.
Well, he could have unpatched version of daikatana, so he couldn't join, but it really looked like attack.
His nick is KILLERD, anyone know him?

That was spam protection, I removed it after that, so it will not kick you anymore.

By the way I still see that player KILLERD connecting to server. It says connected, but he is not there and it still repeats. Other players can normally join it.
So it is maybe attacker, dunno.

I saw you at server, so I wanted to join, but then server crashed again, I am now really angry of those crashes, i had no crashes until this week and bit of previous.
