I've just visited Angkor Watt in Cambodia, honestly I was half expecting to find a rocket launcher around every corner! Highly reccomended. I'll be posting more pic's soon but there's some allready here www.max-doom.deviantart.com Anyone else ever had a similar feeling? |

i like this post alot , its insane enough for me :d
well its interesting i have always tried to feel such things (because i am a moron)
places i feel this doom enviroment resembles :
hostpitals
places with low roofs
dark cornered places
it has happened quite some times..

hmm many times I have woken from a night out and my room resembled various scenes from doom3 ... especially that first shocking effect in the bathroom mirror!

My High School actually... There's so many places for a person to crouch and hide. I kind of wished we could borrow the school building for paintball. *really hopes he doesn't get in trouble for mentioning it, but screw it* Later on though, I came across a map on HL2 Deathmatch where it was set up quite a bit like my school building, theater room and all. It was designed to resemble more of a mall though in the game's case.

doom actually looks like those RPG games that came before it , like eye of the beholder , it had same kind of width and hight..further then that it had big tiles like thos RPG games in first person before it.
