this footage was shot at the end of 2006
it's from inside the idsoftware office
at 5:30 min you can see the poster hanging

It appears Carmack was lying (or didn't recognize the poster) And I think it still hangs there.
I cannot find a good reason to lose/throw away a framed piece of artwork.
I mean, the fact that they framed it and hang it on their wall, indicates to me that the
poster is 'worth' something to them. And with 'worth' I mean that it isn't just a piece of paper
that can be confused with garbage and get thrown away.

I agree; I emailed Carmack a while ago, but he has yet to reply. It's been 3 weeks, so he's probably just deleted my email regarding the poster.

I would rather email Todd than John - Todd is kinda their link to the outside.
