PSP and its many wonderful uses

Ok so I have my original PSP (1.5 firmware, broken disk drive) and my 3.40 (gotta update that thing soon...)
So why keep the one with the broken disk drive? one word-- Homebrew. I have a pda and a cheap guitar hero clone on it as well as Doom PSP v0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 1.2 (Keep in mind, mods, that I use the WADs from my Collectors Edition of Doom... quite obviously) and I have Quake 1, a Quake 3 map viewer, and an infrared remote program. On the mostly up to date PSP I have portals of Windows Mobile and XP, Mac OS 10, PSP Live Messenger, and Mi-Messenger Beta. Good fun.

I have,on my PSP,the GBA,the SNES,some PSX games like Chrono Trigger-Final Fantasy Chronicles,Medievil,Duke Nukem:Land of the Babes;A "wordpad-like"program called FlatEditPSP,BermudaCS8,a Photoshop looking program, the GBC,one of the Alpha versions of the N64,my Customized Theme called "The F.E.A.R. Theme by Cthulhu",a Pandorized Battery and a Magic MS for making downgrades on PSP Slims and Fats, and some of my ISOs like Killzone:Liberation....i don't want to bring with me these games, because i broke 2 discs by bringing them with me....Tales of Eternia and SOCOM Fireteam Bravo.....so i make the ISO of my discs, and i put them on MS....
PS:Cyberdemon, have you considered to update to CF 3.52 M33 U4,because is the best CF,at the moment?I use it,and i'm really fine!

Wow, sorry ,I forgot ab out this thread, lol. Anyway, now I have Custom FW 3.30 OE-A. I might upgrade more soon.
Also, I have many PSP homebrew games now, such as three SNES emulators, Daedalus R13 N64 emulator, several PSX games I have ripped from their discs, a NICE version of Doom-PSP (1.3) PSP Quake, and more... Oh, yeah, and a Halo mod of Quake-PSP that runs pretty nicely.

I've always wanted to do that stuff to my PSP so that I could have a PS1 emulator and other emulators and just make ISO's of my PS1 games and put them on my mem stick,.. but there is just so much CRAP you have to go through to hack the PSP that I don't bother.
So I just play PSP games and rip DVDs to the mem stick and access wi-fi hotspots to get on-line with it when I'm away form home.

It depends. If you have a Slim, yeah, it gets really difficult to hack. However, with the original 'phat' PSP, no physical modifications are necessary.
