We've all just been so busy, there's literally over 20-30GB worth of stuff to sort through.  A lot of it maps that are uncompiled, some work for specific betas, some are easily fixable into the newer DK, etc.

Just to let everyone know, yes, the 1.2 source is there, but it's missing a header file and refuses to compile properly.  I don't have much skill in fixing it.  The 1.0 code exists as well and compiles just fine.

Glad to hear things are happening, even if slowly. Re-constructing a build system from ages ago is a big task I am sure, particularly for something as large as DK. I can offer my coding skills later perhaps, I don't have much experience working with Visual Studio/Windows code unfortunately.

Would this include the source to the DKDATA tool?

As far as I know, I believe all the dev tool code was there as well, so probably.  Why do you ask?

As much as i fgured out, is that DKDATA is the swiss army knife of tools for Daikatana. Amongst that, it IS the model compiler into the dkm-format. But the command line syntax has never made into the public. So my thought are like, what if there's notations on how to use the dam:) thing lays in there.

It should be possible to go in and figure out the commands from the argument parsing in the DKData code....
