I am writing my final paper for English 20 and my school on Id and their wonderful games.
If anyone has any cool websites with information feel free to post them.
Thank you in advance for the help.

The obvious one is the book Masters of Doom. Other than that, I can't think of anything too specific. Though, there are plenty of interviews with John Romero on this site that date back to 1994.

Also, check out YouTube; there may be some video interviews on there. And John Carmack has answered questions on Slashdot, though it's more about technology rather than his own history.

When you finish the paper, be sure to upload it for all of us to read! :D
