rome.ro doesn't seem to work sometimes, whereas johnromero.com does

Since some days now, the "rome.ro" domain doesn't seem to always work ("cannot find the server", etc), while the "johnromero.com" does. Is there anything going on with the ".ro" toplevel servers?

I've only once had rome.ro not resolve, and that was a routing issue somewhere in between me and the server, rather than a problem with the site.

But when Google doesn't load is Google fault, isn't it?
